Berry Blend Morning Smoothie

Ingredients/Tools

1 (one) KRATOMade Berry Blend Stick Pack (Two servings)

Greek Yogurt

4 Strawberries

½ cup of Blueberries

½ Cup of Raspberries

1 Cup of Ice

Method

Wash and cut the tops off your Strawberries—slice berries into small pieces or chunks.

Pour your Berry Blend Stick Pack (use the whole pack for two servings or half the pack for one serving) into a blender. Add Ice, Yogurt, and berries and blend until desired consistency.

Once mixed thoroughly, pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!.

Ingredients

Yogurt (flavor/type is up to you)

Milk/Milk Substitute

Vanilla Extract

Ice Cubes

Oats

Method

In a blender, add the KRATOMade Stick Pack, yogurt, a splash of milk or milk substitute, half a teaspoon of vanilla, and ice cubes. Puree until thoroughly mixed and smooth. You’ll want the mixture a little thicker than your average smoothie, but not so thick you can’t pour it. For a more filling acai bowl, add your favorite granola or oats to the top and enjoy!
